Hello!
Lately I have been super lazy when it comes to making dinner. I'm always so tired by the end of the day! Because of that, my crockpot has become my BFF during my last few weeks of the semester (can't believe I'm graduating in less than a month!). So I wanted to share my favorite recipe I've been loving lately. It's super easy and comes out soooo yummy!
What You'll Need:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
Salt & pepper
Romaine leaves
Spinach wraps
Tortilla strips (optional)
What You'll Do:
Arrange chicken breasts in abase of slow cooker.
Pour ½ cup water in and cook on low for 3 hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with a
fork. Drain water.
Return chicken to crockpot and stir in Caesar
dressing, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 25-30 minutes. Remove and serve on
wraps and put tortilla strips on top.
Enjoy!
What's
your favorite crockpot meal when you're in a hurry?
xoxo
